Softwarecrushs has agreed to process takedown requests according to the statement below
The following statement outlines Softwarecrushs’ approach to addressing copyright and content ownership infringement claims. This policy serves as a supplement to, and does not replace, Softwarecrushs’ Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Agreement, or any other related terms posted on this website or other properties owned by Softwarecrushs. Additionally, this policy does not substitute any legal requirements under the copyright laws of the country where Softwarecrushs is registered.
For clarity and ease of use, the process for handling DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown requests for this website is outlined below.
Softwarecrushs follows the process below to remove content alleged to infringe upon copyright. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Softwarecrushs will remove—or request the removal of—the infringing content. Where possible, we will also disable access to our services for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights. All claims are processed in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction’s laws as referenced in our Terms of Use and other policies.
Softwarecrushs will act on claims of copyright infringement when properly notified, either through a written notice or the approved online submission form. Upon receipt, we will:
- Act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Forward the complaint to the individual responsible for the content.
- Make reasonable efforts to notify the content provider that their material has been removed or access has been disabled.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied, adapted, displayed, streamed, or distributed in a way that infringes on your intellectual property rights and is available on the Softwarecrushs website, you must submit a written notice or use our approved form. Your notice must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a representative authorized to act on your behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and the location of the original or authorized version (e.g., URL or publication).
- A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located on the Softwarecrushs site or network, including its URL.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification
If you’ve received a copyright infringement notice and believe the content was removed in error—or that you are legally entitled to use the content—you may file a counter notification. Your counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on our site.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the court located in your region, or any jurisdiction in which Softwarecrushs operates, and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Once a valid counter notification is received, Softwarecrushs will:
- Provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter notice.
- Inform them that the content will be restored in 10 business days unless a legal action is filed.
- Restore the content between 10 and 14 business days after receipt of the counter notification, unless informed that a court action has been initiated to prevent such action.
